Feedback Ratings
The feedack rating system allows the winning bidder and seller to rate each other on how well the seller represented and delivered his/her product, and the timeliness of the buyer's payment. At the conclusion of the auction, the winning bidder and seller can log in to their personal admin page, and provide a feedback comment and rating on that transaction. They will choose from one of the following three rating types:
- 1 point for each positive rating
- 0 points for each neutral rating
- -1 point for each negative rating
Feedback Totals
Points are automatically totalled and a feedback icon will appear next to the seller's username indicating their status as a user of the 4tradeit site. A different feedback icon will appear each time the seller passes to a different feedback rating level as indicated by the following chart:
- negative points
- no points
- 1 to 10 points
- 11 to 50 points
- 51 to 100 points
- 101 to 200 points
- 201 to 500 points
- 501 to 1,000 points
- 1,001 to 2,500 points
- 2,501 to 5,000 points
- 5,001 to 10,000 points
- 10,000 points and higher
